Overview: The training is based and designed to help you develop knowledge and skills in understanding trends in management accounting financial analysis and the integrated reporting besides understanding frameworks in the preparation of financial statements of entities, including groups and how to analyse and interpret those financial statements. We will take a look at some of the more complex accounting standards as well as the reporting standards relating to management accounting. The program is based on a Case Study developed to address various practical issues encountered during the preparation of management and financial reports. It explains on the trends in management accounting, and analysis.

Target Audience: This event is for all Public Sector; Private Sector, SACCO Societies and NGO staff who employ International Financial Reporting Standards for financial reporting.
