Overview: This course is designed to provide participants with the knowledge and skills to effectively manage and maintain computer networks and ICT infrastructure. The objective of this training is to equip participants with a foundational understanding of computer networks, network design and architecture, network protocols, network security, network troubleshooting and maintenance, and ICT infrastructure management. By the end of the course, participants should be able to apply this knowledge to manage their organization’s network and ICT infrastructure effectively.

Target Audience: Individuals who have intermediate-level knowledge of ICT systems and are responsible for managing and maintaining their organization’s computer networks and ICT infrastructure. The course is ideal for IT professionals, network administrators, and ICT infrastructure managers who work for small, medium or large organizations, including those in the private, public, and non-profit sectors..
