Overview: One might say that “risk management” is the new “hot topic” in corporate governance. Surely, lack of proper ethics and oversight saw the downfall of high-profile brands. Regardless, a company’s board of directors is expected to take a leading role in overseeing risk management structures and policies. It is also the responsibility of the senior management to provide the members of the board with sufficient and decision-oriented information to enable them to understand the risk profile of the company, including the valuable information about the internal and external risk environment that is faced by the company and its peers/industry face, the specific material risk exposures. This program is designed to develop the knowledge and skills of understanding the irreplaceable role the Board of Directors and the senior management play in risk management in financial reporting and risk management oversight.

Target Audience: This event is for all Public Sector; Private Sector and NGO staff who use Excel. The course is highly recommended to but not limited to the Board member and CEOs but also senior Finance Managers (CFOs; Chief Accountants), Accountants, Non-finance managers, Human Resource Managers, Branch Departmental heads, Performance data managers, Report supervisors, and Project Managers.
